These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and plushph ("plushph", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at plushph.net. plushph reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents at any time to verify a player's age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by plushph may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Account Registration

To access the full range of plushph services, you must register a player account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active plushph account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering your plushph account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

• All registration information must be truthful and verifiable. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your plushph login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party.
• plushph will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
• You must notify plushph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. plushph is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

Deposits and Withdrawals

plushph supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the plushph platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within your plushph account dashboard and are subject to change.

All funds deposited into your plushph account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

• Deposits are generally credited to your plushph wallet instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the plushph payment policy, subject to identity verification requirements.
• plushph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, including requesting source-of-funds documentation for large transactions.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to payment methods other than those used for deposits, unless approved by plushph compliance on a case-by-case basis.

plushph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider (GCash, PayMaya, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside plushph's control.

Bonuses and Promotions

plushph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. General bonus conditions include the following:

• Bonuses are credited to your plushph account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and cannot be withdrawn as cash until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that remain unused after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses are issued on a per-player, per-household, per-device, and per-IP-address basis. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times constitutes abuse and may result in account termination.
• plushph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to void bonus winnings where abuse or fraud is suspected.

Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games available on the plushph platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on plushph, you agree to abide by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

plushph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and live dealer systems from licensed game providers to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes. plushph does not manipulate game results in any way. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are available upon request.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the round will be declared void and any wagers placed during the affected round will be refunded to your plushph wallet.
• plushph's records of game outcomes and transaction logs are the definitive record in the event of any dispute. Players may request a review of their game history through the support team.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the plushph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one plushph account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and plushph's prior written approval.
• Using the plushph platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies in live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the plushph platform to gain credits, winnings, or any other advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward plushph staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel on the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the plushph platform, its software, or its security systems.

Intellectual Property

All content on the plushph platform — including but not limited to the plushph brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of plushph or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the plushph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any plushph content without prior written authorization from plushph.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, plushph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the plushph platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, which are inherently uncertain and subject to chance.
• Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond plushph's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.

plushph's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their plushph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Responsible Gaming

plushph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. We recognize that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic. plushph provides a suite of responsible gaming tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings.
• Session Timers: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the plushph platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Account Suspension and Termination

plushph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, or failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct in connection with the plushph platform.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or e-wallet provider in connection with a plushph deposit.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring the suspension or closure of your account.

Upon termination of your account for cause, plushph reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, remaining balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Privacy and Data

plushph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by the plushph Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

By registering a plushph account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of plushph services. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

plushph operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players acknowledge that PAGCOR's rules and regulations may apply to certain aspects of their use of the plushph platform, and agree to comply with all applicable Philippine gaming laws and regulations.

Amendments

plushph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, plushph will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or by posting a prominent notice on the plushph platform.
